Ordie Price's Sawmill

Located in South Gibson, Pennsylvania, Ordie Price’s Sawmill is in the Endless Mountains Region of the Appalachian Mountains. Within a couple hours drive of several major cities, we are just a mile off Interstate 81, exit 211. In addition to exporting lumber worldwide, we ship throughout the U.S. and Canada.

On a local scale, we are proud to serve Northeastern PA, as well as the Southern Tier of New York and Northern New Jersey. With our beginnings stemming in 1928, we at Ordie Price’s Sawmill are proud to say our business has been, and will remain, a family owned and operated business.

As a family we share over 80 years of combined experience in the hardwood industry. With a “Price” overseeing every aspect of production, we take pride in placing emphasis on quality, rather than quantity, and do our best to ensure that we use the most out of our natural, renewable resource. We participate in responsible industry practices and organizations, doing what we can to be as “green” as we can, while leaving the smallest footprint possible. From the time the log enters our facility, until the board leaves our yard, our watchful eyes are there to help you get the wood products you need.

In addition to these regulars however, we have the ability to manufacture or pull select specialty items that many others cannot offer. Weather you are looking for curly quarter-sawn Oak, 12 “ wide 12/4 Cherry, or a huge live edged Walnut slab, Ordie Price’s Sawmill is willing and able to assist in every way we can.
